My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Fence details?

Hi, this is a really nice project. I love how it turned out! It gives me hope for our old ranch home. I'm curious to know what style the fence is and what the materials and dimensions are. Thanks!

    thanks David. This "white picket" fence was built on site by the builder out of 4x4 posts, 2x4s and 1x4s.

    I see the front of the fence detail. is it the same in back? meaning are the horizontal 1x4's sandwiching the balusters?
