ChatGBT is not a designer all it does is hunt down your decription on the web it just it faster ,and often screws up measurements too. I think you know exactly what you want so do it. BTW I would not do a stainless topped table since scissors will scratch the heck out of it in no time . I actually like a butcher block table for a sewing table . I also like large tables for both laying out patterns and working . As for the ability to raised and lower that will need someone who can make that happen. Check out scissor tables or Uline makes an electric one
