Granite HELP!

Hi- I'm looking for granite advice. I have white cabinets and an antique brown stained character white oak floor. What I'm looking for is some color advice, keeping in mind we are on a budget. Im not a huge fan of brown, do o need to incorporate brown in the granite, or can i go with 'silver pearl'. This is a big decision, I don't want it to be a big mistake. Thanks

I would try to make sure the counter top compliment the cabinets. Your floors are a great neutral brown and will go with anything. I think a really light/white counter with either white porcelain, white beadboard, or aqua subway tiles for the backsplash would look great. If you do the white subway tiles you can put them in a fun pattern such as a herringbone or use darker grout.

Carrera all day! Your floors and wall/backsplash will contrast nicely with your white cabinets and the light grey/white swirl of the Carrera.

Don't make the same mistake ... My fiancée pulled the reins back on the budget haha. Good woman.

... Don't make the same mistake I did that is and compromise on the granite. It is a huge focal point. In the midst of a big remodel myself.

How about Bianco Antico granite, it's what I'm doing with my new white kitchen. It will look beautiful in your kitchen. It's a creamy granite with beautiful brown in it. Looks 10x better in person though.
