What kind of floors are these..hickory? And are they preengineered?

Hi, I was the photo stylist for this project working with a photographer. I do not have exact details of the floor but it is Oak and the whole room/extensions was designed and constructed by a company in South Devon called Carpenter Oak. They should be able to give you full details.

The floors look like nice wide Character Grade White Oak floors. Sometimes the sapwood and heartwood contrast will give White Oak a looks similar to Hickory.
