Built in washer/dryer

Does the washer stay in place when it starts spinning an off balance load? Mine jumps all over, and I'm afraid to build it in, but would love to.

This is not my personal laundry room so I don't know what the results are like when it's in use. I have heard from some people that the washer and dryer can rattle a bit when it's stacked, but I assume that happens more if your flooring isn't level. If you build in your side by side units, maybe they won't "jump" as much if they don't have anywhere to go?
