I like the lighter one.

The lighter one seems reddish. I like the darker.

Based on the colour of your floor tile, the darker cabinet works best with that. I agree with Amanda that the wall colour is not a permanent colour fixture so don't let that be the deciding factor in your choices of long term materials. As for your counter top colour suggestions, look at quartz materials in colours that are similar to your flooring. Good luck!
