Any way you could do a pocket door into the room? I would worry about the door interfering with use of the right sink and blocking the closet when it's open.

I think they are both a bit tight, and the closet is narrow and deep.. I'm assuming that is a freestanding tub?

I'd consider going with a 60 inch vanity and putting the toilet on that side, then slide the shower over to the right and put the storage on the other side of it as a cabinet 18 in deep by 3 ft (whatever matches the shower depth) that opens toward the tub. Towel hooks on the side of the cabinet.

Do you have to have a tub in this bathroom? It looks like you're trying to fit too much in here and that you might be getting hung up on the aesthetics of a tub centered on that back wall. I take a bath maybe four times a year, but I have a friend who takes one nightly, so obviously depends on your needs, but this is my first thought.
