Looks like black raspberry, Rubus occidentalis. A raspberry or a blackberry, anyhow. Thorny but not poisonous to the touch, if that's what you mean.

Agreed, poison ivy/oak does not have thorny stems.

The last pics are of some kind of tree. If you ask about that one on name-that-plant or tree forum, someone should be able to help you ID it, if not recognized here.

Some of the grassy-looking plants could be spiderwort (Tradescantia.) Being unlucky enough to have skin sensitive to getting a rash from the sap inside these plants is rare, but does exist. If you have any of those, they won't pull up anyway. They have very large roots that must be dug.

That foliage could also belong to daylilies, bulbs that bloomed earlier in the year, or spider plant (Chlorophytum, if you are in a fairly warm climate.) I've not encountered any anecdotes about those having irritating alkaloids in their sap.

Shush, I did not realize there were other pictures on this post in addition to the first one. Tree is Black walnut, and the narrow leaves are probably daylily.

While we are doing a botanical inventory, the creeping plant in the lower left of the first picture could be gill over the ground, Glechoma hederacea, or it could be lawn pennywort, Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides; or it could be neither; need a better picture with flowers. Plant at the bottom of the second picture is copperleaf, Acalypha rhomboidea, plant in that same picture with variegated leaf is variegated form of gout weed, Aegopodium podagraria. None are poisonous to touch so far as I know. Can't do the grasses without seeing flowers.
