seeding/overseeding a mix .... questions

I have some questions I'm hoping to have some advice from users here. Whether seeding a new lawn or overseeding an existing lawn, my question pertains to mixtures of seed that contain Kentucky Bluegrass, Turf Type Tall Fescue and Perennial Rye Grass.

These are three grasses with different growth and germination habits.

To my understanding:

1) PRG will be the first to germinate... Within 3-7 days.

2) TTTF will germinate within 7-14 days.

3) KBG will germinate within 14-30 days.

By the time the PRG is ready for it's first cut, the TTTF might not be fully germinated yet. Similarly, by the time the TTTF is ready to be cut, thr KBG will not be out of its germination stage. By the time the KBG's germination stage has passed, it might be a few weeks or more for it to grow tall enough to mow.

So... By this time, thr PRG and possibly the TTTF will be too tall to follow the 1/3rd rule when mowing.

(This assumes that the PRG's height didn't grow so tall that it blocked sunlight from hitting the KBG's sunlight)

similarly, one is supposed to cut back on watering new seedlings once they start to establish to encourage root development. But if I need to water the seed through the end of the 30 day KBG germination period every day, wouldn't this lead the PRG and TTTF to develop shallow roots?

am I just overthinking this?
