Based on the two choices, the one on the right.

The quartz on the right for sure!....and yes, its fine that it's the same color as your floors.....it"s actually a great thing.... It'll give you a cleaner look. Your cabinets will give you nice contrast between the two. :)

I think I prefer the quartz on the right. But, with that said, I'd choose based on the one where the color tones are best with the floor tone. My MIL bought a new condo in AZ where someone had a contract and then backed out and she couldn't change any of their choices. Anyway, in natural light, her Corian counter and tile floors look pretty nice together but when the lights are on at night, one looks rather orange and the other rather pink. So, just make sure the floor and counter look nice together in all lights. If it's the quartz on the left that does a better job of that, I'd go with that one since they are both nice.
