My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Some additional info from a previous post by the builders ""They are 3/4" walnut, no sapwood, un-steamed, square pegs, glazed to accent knots etc, sanded, installed, and finished with 4 coats of Tung Oil.""" Make sure when considering Walnut thats its real American Black Walnut like these floors. There are a lot of companies calling other species "walnut"
