My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is the very fragrant rose called 'Rose de Rescht'. This is a rose classified as a Portland by Peter Beales. In my garden here in Northern California it grows to about 3' and is spreading slowly by runners. This rose is covered with flowers in the spring and then blooms again in the summer. It is not as prolific a bloomer as a Floribunda or a Hybrid Tea rose. The petals dry beautifully and keep their fragrance. I love this rose. But I love all my roses!
