My front view is of mountains. My back view is of the yard, which is nice, but is secondary to the front view. I'm wanting a traditional home, not modern. Preferably one floor at 3000 sq ft or under.

I'm looking for a plan that takes advantage of the front view - meaning master bedroom, Great Room, and maybe dining or kitchen facing the front. I only find plans with the Master and/or Great Room in the back.

I don't want to waste the view on a garage, laundry, pantry, stairs, office, formal dining room...I want the front to be where people come visit and look out at the view.

Any suggestions? I'm having a hard time coming up or finding anything that works.

Oh, the garage can be detached or behind the house. The lot is over an acre.
