My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Restoration Hardware

Wish I could tell you how to find it but I bought the exact same chandelier (it was not Restoration Hardware brand, but don't remember the brand) at Marshall's for under $200. I knew it was a steal when I saw it but had no idea how much of a steal. The RH one is on sale now for $1675. Do a search for Wine Barrel Chandelier and many similar looks show up.
