I am remodeling a bathroom. The vanity I purchased is 42" long with 2 drawers on the right side and two doors on the left side. Here is the dilemma - should the sink be centered over the doors OR centered over the 42" cabinet? This is a freestanding cabinet.

If I center over the doors on the left hand side, what about the mirror and sconces?

Hurry with helpful suggestions.

A photo of the vanity with its wall behind and surroundings would help. Without seeing it, I would center the sink over the doors and have a 42 in. mirror and place sconces on each side of the vanity.

yeah, I was also going to suggest a long mirror, although I would use lights above, rather than to the sides, since otherwise you'll be getting imbalanced light when you actually stand at the sink.
