black pebble tech

The pebble tech has a nice black color. After 3 years The calcium hardness had dropped to 0ppm. Unaware The pebble tech started turning light grey. I now realize The water had got aggresive on me. The pebbles have not fallen off, it seems cosmetic only. Forgot to mention it is a salt pool. My question is can The pebble tech be dyed back to black, if so what would be The process?
