My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That's one of ours! We had the fabric custom printed and made the ottoman with a flat top so it can be a table, seat or foot stool.
    Can do any size, round or square.

    We put the cushion scheme together. Its a combination of off-the-shelf designs and some custom ones we put together with feature Osborne and Little fabric. The prices vary enormously, but they start at $40. Happy to help out with cushion schemes; we just charge cost of cushions.
