My first choice would be to do a sconce of each side. None above.

Either way, an idea would be to get something with a dark finish to tie in with the floor and cabinet and I would go with white frosted shades to pick up the white in the countertop. I would really try to do one large light or max two because you mirror is so narrow.. You will also want something that projects out beyond the frame of the mirror. These are all from RH.

Is that mirror just a mirror or is it the medicine cabinet version? It's beautiful.

It's not the mirror, those lights are just a bad idea--harsh bare bulbs casting shadows down your face and chin.

For proper lighting in a bath, you need soft (frosted) lights mounted at face level on each side so that there are no harsh shadows.

I have this mirror and I’m having the same problem trying to find a vanity light. Unfortunately I have no choice but to do a vanity light because the hole is already in the wall. Any suggestions recommendations, please.
