My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Surprise, Surprise, Surprise

Just got home from business. The Hawaiian "white" plumeria I have been hovering over for three years is ..... Yellow! Not open yet, but I have PLUMERIA! Many, many thanks to the posts here over the past three years and the absolute great advice from all. There's going to be a crab feast in Annapolis this weekend.
