My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      The one at Pottery Barn is quite large so may not work over all islands. There is the hudson valley hampton pendant that comes in different sizes.

      They look like Hudson Valley Hapton pendants. Just had them hung over my center island - love them! They come in clear glass, Diamond cut, and star cut. I got the diamond cut ones.

      In debating these same diamond cut pendants. Do you find they reflect lots of patterned shadow from the etched glass. My hesistation is that the room will have lots of shadows. And also does the top piece help reflect light down? Who knew picking out pendants was so tough!
