This preserved tree can be placed outside but it may not last as long as if it were inside. The shape or structure of the tree will never be lost. The color of the foliage can begin to fade from strong sun. The foliage sometimes turn a yellowish color. However, this can easily be remedied. We do sell a glycerin spray that can restore the color of the foliage back to the original green color (should fading occur). If you have any other questions, please let us know.
