Jet Mist countertop

We are considering antiqued Jet Mist countertops for our new kitchen... We have three small children and are concerned about maintenance of the counters due to spills, fingerprints etc. Does anyone have any advice regarding enhancing jet mist counters - does this make clean ups easy or do fingerprints still show? I don't want constant cleaning to keep it fingerprint free!
