We are starting a pretty big addition/remodel and will have a nice kitchen space. My husband and I don't LOVE to cook but we are hoping a more inviting kitchen space will help! Most of our cooking and meals now are geared for family/young kid meals.

We are planning on saving and reusing our relatively new refrigerator and dishwasher but desperately need a new range stove/oven. Most of my cooking now revolves around family meals for a 4 and 2 year old. We don't need a fancy high end 36"+ stove. But would like some nicer than the very basic stove we have now.

Any recommendations on a luxury but low-end option?
