Outdoor oven dilemma

We are considering building an outdoor kitchen, and the main driver is that my wife wants an outdoor oven -- NOT a pizza over or other wood-burning oven, just an oven that she can use during the warm months when the oven in our Wolf range inside just heats up the house too much. She is an avid baker and wants to make breads, pies and cobblers during the long warm months here in CA. (We don't have to use the AC much if we don't run the oven and range too much.) We would add a built-in grill, a power burner (for jam making), and a sink. It would likely have a roof or shade structure overhead. (It rarely rains here in the summer.) Total footprint will be 10x10 or 8x12.

Our problem is that only Viking appears to make outdoor-rated normal ovens, and they have discontinued those two models. Do you think we could install a regular wall oven intended for indoor use? All of the appliances will be built into a masonry base, but there won't be any walls. Even with a solid roof, things may get wet during windy winter rain storms.
