My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Normally we don't use bleaching oil for a coating. It tends to "weather" or speed up the aging process. Instead we use semi-transparent stains to mimic the weathered color while adding protection. Our most popular weathered color is Seacoast Grey. An alternate would be Driftwood Grey Semi-transparent

      Sheri-The color was Sherwin-Williams "Webster Grey" semi-transparent stain. 2-coats were factory applied.
