Lorraine, I have not come as many as some people here. I was informed approx. 11 days. The first one I did failed a few years ago. The next two where success's.

After approx. 11 days you can remove the plastic tape, but be very careful that the tape is not stuck to the branch when taking off. Just be careful. Also need to make sure that nothing will bump grafts as this can dislodge them.

Rick that's pretty quick. Just curious, what diameter size cutting is good for graft and how old of a rootstock?

Never tried to graft my plants as I' haven't got enough to try with and can't risk damaging or losing one. However one tip is to try and get both the rootstock and scion as close as possible in diameter so as to match up the vascular bundles more easily.
