I think I need some help here.. I get what first blush is, and on some of my tomatoes, it's not problem figuring it out.

However, my white tomatoes have me in a bit of a quandary. I picked a couple that I thought were on the first blush, Jack White and Tomesol. For sure whitening on the blossom end like how my other colored tomatoes (Wild Fred, Beaver Lodge, and Copper River) are showing blush. Only problem is, I picked a couple of each and they are not ripening on the counter the same way my other tomatoes have ripened.

I haven't found much information about white tomatoes and first blush, so I'm hoping folks here can tell me more about how to tell when a white tomato is really blushing.
