Need help with new fridge

I replaced my built-in with a counter depth. It sticks outs pretty far. How do you suggest I trim it out? Both the old fridge and the existing cabinets are 53 years old. It's right in the middle of the wall. I will not spend the money for a built-in because it won't last.
