There are a couple of cabinet options. A roll out shelf on the top of a base door cabinet with an outlet inside. A base cabinet with an appliance lift (see Rev-a-Shelf). An appliance garage on the countertop. All keep the appliance out of sight and behind closed doors.

I agree with appliance garage if there is space in your kitchen. My toaster is just in plain sight on the countertop.
