The artisan siding has a 6" exposure. The windows are clad, dark bronze, with no face trim. These are a Kolbe & Kolbe window with a contemporary trim. We butted the Artisan siding tight to the trim and caulked before paint.

Note, the window had a vinyl drip as part of the window, if this was not present I would suggest a metal drip, maybe prefinished to match window. I carefully supervised the guys putting the siding/trim on, tight cuts and getting the sliding miter saw with diamond blade set up took some time.
