My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the material used for the sink?

Love sink but wondering if maintenance is an issue with that material.

    You can use both! Keep in mind the silicon needs to always be there or water will fill up that U channel and it will mildew. The U channel will install prior to the tile, so installer can tile around it and make it flush.

      It's cast concrete. It is porous like marble would be, but there are now excellent sealers which may help protect it from staining. We used Dex Studios for the top here. Good luck on your project!

      We use Echols glass or Drexler in Atlanta
