My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I've never heard of anyone doing that. Order a sample bottle for $9 and try it out. Rubio Monocoat USA should be able to help you on that. :-) Let us know how it goes!!

      @wvcello did you end up doing the Black Locust floor?

      Yes!!! The project has been on hold for a while but we are planning to continue soon. The flooring is down and we still plan on using Monocoat--now the dilemma is how to pick a color. I can send photos of how things look right now if you are interested.
