My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That leads to a small hideout for the kids. There's a door on the other side too, so the kids can sneak through.

    As a kid, we had 8 people in 4 railroad rooms. I would have loved this space to get lost in. Or maybe get out of the way, lol
