Tomatoes have black inside but look fine outside

Most are worse than this, more black, but basically the same. Searching online says Anthracnose. I read up on it a little, but most things are about spots on the outside of the tomato. These tomatoes all look fine, most aren't even cracked, but they still have this inside. But anyway, I guess that must be what it is.

Figured I'd post here to get a second opinion, and see if anyone has some information or tips. I read that it's OK to eat, just cut out the bad part, yes? I also read that it's not a good idea to jar these. We normally cook these with a bunch of stuff and then jar it.
