This is a very common pattern so could be a number of different manufacturers. It looks like a 6ft (probably) round, but it's hard to see what the material is. It looks sort of like a natural fiber rug or something like a flatweave texture but in a round format. We'd probably be able to help you find something if you end up really stumped.
