Help: Curry leaf plant dying from top

last modified: 11 years ago

Hi,

I purchased a Curry leaves plant (murraya koenigii) from the local nursery and I transplanted it to a new pot and stripped off all the leaf stalks. In about three weeks it started growing leaves again and you can see the picture as it stands today.

However Iam noticing that the leaves are always droopy and light green. Another curry leaf plant next to it is just fine with dark green and upright leaves.

Further in the last week I noticed that it has started to die from the top. The leaves are drying out and the stem is becoming black and not sure what to do.

The pot is kept indoor facing west and gets about 4-6 hours sunlight everyday. I have fertilized with an organic fertilizer and I water it every day and ensure that it's not drenched.

Any advice is appreciated.

Regards

Vijay
