My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Alright, DIY whizs out there, please help me out! I picked up this coffee table at the curbside, cleaned it up and then... stopped. I am thinking something obnoxiously pseudo-opulent, high gloss black and some gold... Or maybe a trompe l'oeil marqueterie on the top? I am pretty artistic but, alas, not crafty, so any ideas are welcome!
