I think the focal point is the television. So, if your try to make the FP more of a feature, it would compete. I think I'd leave the fireplace as the "function" corner and only dress it minimally. I think I'd remove the photos, etc from the mantle and rotate the mirror vertically so the top of the mirror is the same height as the window. That way, the mirror will look like another "window" and will "balance" the corner. If you want, maybe make the mantle wood that matches the window trim so they relate together.

PS..It would look odd to have stone to the ceiling and move around the window.

I might, depending on budget, take out brick and replace with a stone. I like the idea of switching the mirror around and removing the pictures.

I'd remove all the pictures and mirror from around the fireplace. Keep it simple and uncluttered. I like your stove surround and windows as is.
