Jodi...you need a bed of Papilio! They often bloom in the fall! My basket of Papilio x Aulicum are send up scapes!

Thanks Kristi, then there is hope that my "bed of Papilio in pots (lol)" might actually bloom this year. Only two bloomed so far :( So you think there is still hope? :)

My Papillios are UN predictable.

From the leaf streaking it is evident that the bulb is infected with Hippeastrum mosaic virus, transmitted by aphids, so be careful not to let it spread...
