My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the siding in the centre grey wall? Is it concrete bricks?

    Beautiful home! I love how the exterior walls continue on into the interior. I am not sure what was used here although it looks like cast in place concrete but we do have some light weight concrete veneers that will give you this look. There is several to choose from and because they are concrete they can be used on exteriors as well as interiors.
