I do like the one on the bottom - the twisted look. I was just wondering if I should go with the bronze to tie in the darker floor.

The floor is it's own entity (very pretty). With your stainless sink and appliances as well as faucet the hardware should also be a silver tone. From years of experience the use of darker hardware with all the other stainless will look awkward and unappealing.

Also you would be adding a very warm tone to a room that has all cool colors:)

for some reason I thought if I went with stainless or brushed nickel that I was not thinking outside the box, or that it would look to sterile.

I would stick with the nickel finish to complement your stainless appliances and faucet, but don't do such a contemporary style - do a style similar to the bronze and pewter ones you are showing us...

Back here again - How does this one look?

i like my bronze twist hardware, they don't show fingerprints at all. sort of dangerously so...maybe they are filthy and i cant tell?

They are stunning...and i like that the shape plays off the backsplash i have.
