I'm cross posting this as I'm not sure if I'll get a response in the tree/shrub forum........I'm hoping you can help me out here.

have a row of upright junipers that I discovered have eggs attached.
They are tiny, white and laid side by side on the tips of new growth.
Some also appear to be gray in color and less defined.....thinking this
is the same thing just a little further developed???

I see no appreciable damage at this point.....
