Can the iron be painted or does it have a lacquer or top coat on it which might resist the paint? Also, does this vanity have a top or is it open for a drop in sink? Could it be used for a vessel sink if I install my own top?

I have another manufacturer with a similar vanity stand & top/sink. I don't know if this is more what you're looking for.

like the first style best but you are right about the height consideration with a vessel. I will look into that. I like the way they paired it with a hammered metal sink. Can you tell me the price of the whole set up the way they have done it? If you wouldn't mind contacting the mfr about the ability to paint the iron? I understand that by doing so it would cancel out any warranties.

which hammered copper sink? the under mount or the top mount? Mind you, the top mount version is shown on a bigger vanity than 24". That sinks is 20" in width by itself. So you'd have much less counter top space on the left and right. Kind of like this picture..... If that's fine by you, I can quote whatever you'd like. [The sink shown in the picture below is also available in the brushed nickel finish].

I didn't realize that the too mount sink is shown on the larger vanity. I definitely need the smaller 24" size. Do they offer a smaller top mount hammered sink suitable for the 24" vanity. I want to go with a top mount sink and the lower profile would work well to avoid the height getting too tall. Thx again!

Which part of California are they located? I live in northern ca and would love to see this vanity in person before ordering if at all possible. Or maybe they have their products in a showroom near me.
