Both of those will have hard to clean corners. I've been using an Elkay for over a year. It has a brushed finish which requires constant cleaning to keep it looking stainless. Other than that it's performed well. Consumer Report's found no performance difference between 16 and 18 guage stainless sinks or between brands as long as the steel was quality.

The issue I have is the sink needs to fit in a 27 inch cabinet and have a side drain so I can fit a pull out basket under the sink as well. The only one's I have found are the Julien (which is custom) and the Elkay.
