Beautiful! Most spa like bathrooms incorporate wood and I don't see a way to do that now. But what I would do is change your mirror out for something round with a frame. Finish will depend on what you do with walls. You need some sort of graphic wall paper. This maybe the time to introduce some color. Get rid of the Hollywood lights and do pendants. Finally, add some grass or succulents (real or fake) on top of the commode.
