My question is keep it or loose it my other question is I am trying to be able to use this master bath as right now it's a nightmare and I absolutely do not know what to do with it and on just reno $5000 budget ? Can I even dream about a shower combo and tile the floor currently its vinyl tile. Or replace the tub with a updated alcove drop in and nicely tile around? I just want something that I can use and its clean with lill money I have. I also have the window prob and so on and on and on I do have a claustrophobic shower next to it that I do not use ever . At this point it a total gut but I do not have the total funds to redo all of this :(
