My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would you mind sharing the name of the drapery fabric? They are gorgeous.

    It's Fortuny. It's a fabric that is made in Venice Italy and the process to make it is secret. Many people that've tried to duplicate it but can't. It's a mottled cotton with a metallic pattern printed on it.
