The wood table

Is this solid wood? We are worried about weight on our canned ham but I love the look of this table!

    hi Libby-thanks...yes, the old table was in bad shape so i nailed and glued long leaf pine strips (about a 1/4" thick) over it...i did the same thing with the old counter tops...since they strips were so thin, it didn't add a whole lot more weight (maybe 10-15 lbs. total)
