My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I have had my Nesco dehydrator for quite a while and can no longer find the book that came with it. There is no thermostat where you can regulate the temperature. What do I need to watch.? My granddtr thinks it gets too hot and turns it off, but it seems to me that is not a good idea. Any tips? Barb
Do you have an oven thermometer you can put in it to check the temp? Any thermometer that will register up to say 150 degrees will work. If it gets hotter than that then the granddaughter is right and the food will scorch or burn. 125-135 is the ideal range for most things.
You might try NESCO's website for the manual if you have the model number.
