Your home is GORGEOUS! I love old homes. We are such a throw away society and it's refreshing to see these old homes that have so much personality. We aren't even allowed to build a home in our area like yours. The homes must have 80 percent masonry. All homes where I live look the same and have zero personality. Such a shame.

Beautiful! Always do your hanging baskets in a complementary color to your siding, and always do them the same. Don't ignore your second porch level with hanging baskets...it makes a fabulous impact. Your home is so lovely!-

I always tell people that they get the most bang for their buck with paint. It seems as though you have spent your time and money well. Looks much better!

Sorry, but I have to say that I think yellow with red shutters is just hideous.

We have just renovated our kitchen and we have hard time picking the right back splash. thinking of white polish bricks with dark grey grouting. any comments on that? other suggestions?

Color is "Butter Up" by Sherwin Williams. We found out that yellow needs more coats then other colors. We only did two coats and should have done three for better cover up of the hideous pinky-tan.
